Hi, this is ADHDCoached & Astrid here - Referral only

In 2017, I started working with my own ADHD coach. After a promotion and a job change, I realised that coaching and support for people like me in mid-career for millennial professionals was nearly impossible to find. So I decided to become that person for others in 2019.

I studied at ADDCA and Animas, and I'm currently completing my HR learning and development degree at CIPD. With two coaching qualifications, certified and accredited by the ICF, I've now supported hundreds of mid-career professionals in the creative and tech industries. See my accreditations on my linkedIn page

Today, I also consult with FTSE 500 companies on internal neuro-inclusion strategies and I work with tech firms to make their products more neuro-inclusive. A seperate specialisation and passion I have, is working with apprentices.

My approach to coaching is different because my diagnosis happened over a decade ago. What I've learned is that the environment and self-trust are at the heart of meaningful change, especially ADHD support with a non judgemental and understanding lens. I do find it important to share here that coaching is not the bee-all and end-all. This may just be a small piece to your puzzle of tiny changes and insights that help make it feel lighter and easier to move forward.

What coaching with me looks like here

Coaching is a space of discovery, not advice. Self-discovery is more powerful than any advice anyone could give you. Your journey is deeply personal and self-created, with my role being to highlight, question, and challenge what you bring to our sessions.

People often enter coaching with a desire to change their whole life at once. That never really happens, instead we start to uncover smaller sometimes tiny steps forward with way more impact. They leave knowing how to coach themselves through different levels of change and see a difference over time. Those actions and experiments are where self-trust is built, and that's the work I do.

Finding the right coach

If you're looking for a coach, I suggest speaking to several and understanding who feels like the right fit. If you've been referred by a friend or colleague, please let me know.

Find the feedback of clients here

Coaching is never a replacement for mental health support. If you are struggling with your mental health, my advice is to reach out to specialists in this field. If you are struggling financially, please consider many charities who offer guidance for free, coaching support and or therapeutic support where needed.

One final thought

Here, we make a diagnosis an invitation. An inquiry to dive a little deeper, to adapt life to our strengths and values, and to build a day-to-day that fuels you with the right people around you and the right path ahead.

We encourage anyone to reach out below as we have many wonderful coaches to refer you to. We try and find slots where possible, but for now we are heavily focused on other projects on top of coaching we’ve already committed to.
